Refund policy

with your product, you can return it and request a refund according to the following policy:

    • You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product should be in its original packaging (if applicable), with all accessories included.

    • Please include the order number and a picture of the product if necessary.

    • If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, it can be returned within 60 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, as per your preference.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the refund request will be processed.
    • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
  6. Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
    • If you decide to return the product for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  7. Product Exchange:

    • If you wish to exchange the product, you can request an exchange within the same return period. The product you wish to exchange must be available in stock.
